We recently stayed at Poppy, a delightful caravan at Oakdene Forest Park in a beautiful woodland setting. Our trip was centered around visiting Paultons Park and other nearby attractions, and we enjoyed a comfortable 3-night stay. The caravan was impeccably clean and had a charming unicorn theme that delighted our daughter. The thoughtful addition of a Peppa Pig duvet set and a box of toys made bedtime a breeze. The caravan was well-equipped, with a spacious double bed and ample storage. The site itself had excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, arcade, playground, and even a laundry room.
We can definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely to come in to a bottle of wine and custard creams on arrival! The electric fireplace gave a cozy feel. , the decorations inside and the flowers outside added a nice touch. The house had almost everything we needed - cutlery, equipment, loo rolls, dishwasher tablets, TV, and a deck with chairs. There was plenty of storage space, and we especially loved the walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom. The staff were very helpful, offering frequent contact and ensuring our stay was okay. It was great to have free parking right outside and a nearby forest for peaceful walks. There were also a few restaurants in the area.
Couldn't turn the heating on at first, so it was very cold for the first night and day. The cleanliness wasn't up to par, and I had to do a lot of cleaning.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of outdoor activities nearby. the horse trekking day that was directly opposite was a fantastic surprise and added to the overall experience. the hotel was clean and well, maintained, providing a comfortable room with all the basics needed for a pleasant stay.
The facilities on the site were not up to par. the swimming pool was overcrowded and we were unable to use it, and the bar was understaffed, resulting in long waits for drinks.

The caravan in this beautiful setting is impressive, with a spacious and comfortable interior. the caravan offers great facilities like an egg seat on the decking and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. With the added bonus of Oreos and other treats, it's a perfect place to relax and enjoy some time away. the site itself is also excellent, with a swimming pool, bar, and games room for entertainment.

The value for money at this place is exceptional! The static caravan was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with lovely touches like complimentary biscuits and tea. The location is perfect, close to beautiful walks and not too far from the Bournemouth beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with an entertainment pass for the pool and promptly answering all our queries.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety and options.

We had a fantastic stay at Poppy At Oakdene Forest Park. The villa was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts even provided travel cots for our toddlers, which was a great help. The location was perfect for us, as we were visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, which was just a short drive away. The highlight for us was definitely the lovely decking area where we could relax while our son played safely. it was a wonderful family escape.
